    1. A device for removing parts of the digestive and respiratory tracts and from the neck of the bird carcass remaining after removal of the viscera, through an opening made in the back of the carcass containing a working body vertically mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movement in height with radial protruding elements at one end and a drive for communicating to him the rotational movement at the other end and the device. and neck, more complete removal of the insides and thus providing the carcass's marketable appearance, the working body is equipped with a shell concentrically located relative to it, the cross section of which provides its introduction into the neck of the carcass, while on the side surface of the shell at the location of the radial protruding elements a longitudinal cut open from the end, and the adjacent edge of the shell is rounded.
